2. We review the details. Your location, project type, and preferred timing help us understand what you need.
3. Discuss the next step. Talk through the options and confirm the scope, proposed timing, and any inspection fee before arranging a visit.
4. Decide after you have the details. Get the proposed work and price in writing. Sending a request does not commit you to hiring anyone.

There is no charge to submit a request here. An appointment is confirmed separately after the details have been discussed.

What you should confirm before hiring

Ask for the contractor’s legal business name, license details, current insurance information, and examples of comparable work. Check the license using the official Utah Division of Professional Licensing website. Discuss the written scope, payment schedule, change approvals, and warranty terms before signing.
