Ogden Valley Roofs operates this website as an independent contractor referral service for Ogden Valley, Utah. We are separate from the contractors who inspect, quote, or perform work. This policy was updated October 21, 2026.

What we collect

The project form collects your name, phone number, optional email, property area, requested service, timing, and notes. With a submitted request, we also record your consent, submission time, first page visited, form page, broad referral source, and campaign tags when available. This helps us understand which pages bring in requests. Please leave payment information and sensitive documents out of your notes.

How your request is used

The site operator reviews your request and may contact you about the project. If a suitable contractor is available, the information you consent to share may be passed to that contractor to discuss an inspection or estimate. We may receive a referral fee. Submitting the form does not book work, guarantee contractor availability, or require you to hire anyone.

We do not publish your inquiry or use it for unrelated marketing. Contractors are independent businesses with their own contracts and information practices. We do not forward requests automatically to a contractor.

Storage and retention

Project and privacy requests are stored in private Vercel storage. Access is limited to authorized site administrators and service providers needed to run the site. Website inquiry records are automatically removed after 90 days. You may request earlier deletion using the form below. If a contractor already has a copy, contact that contractor about their records as well.

When email notifications are enabled, a copy is also sent to the site operator’s business mailbox, hosted by Spacemail. These email copies are separate from the website’s automatic cleanup. You can use the privacy form below to request deletion of email copies as well.

Cookies and security logs

This site does not use advertising pixels, analytics cookies, or third-party font services. Hosting providers may collect operational and security logs. To limit spam, we temporarily store a keyed hash derived from your network address; we do not store the raw address with your inquiry. These rate-limit records are removed after two days.

We use temporary storage in your browser tab to keep the first page, broad referral source, and campaign tags together as you browse. We use that context for up to 30 minutes and send it with your project request only if you submit the form. It does not contain your contact details or full referring web address, and it is not sent to an advertising platform.

Questions or deletion requests

Use this form to contact the site operator about your information. It is kept private and is not sent to a roofing contractor. Include enough detail to identify your request; we may ask you to verify it before changing or disclosing records.
